The Select Collector Club (SCC) is a membership program for seasoned collectors of Select trading cards, offering members priority access to new releases and special promotions. The provides collectors with a guaranteed way to secure products at retail prices, without the stress of missing out on high demand product releases. For the member ship year ending 2025, there was one club. For 2026, there are now two clubs, the SCC (AFL) (the current club) and the SCC (NRL) since Select Cards is back again with the NRL collect card license.

The SCC of 2025 is now "SCC (AFL) 2026" At the end of each year SCC had a renewal process for existing members. After the renewal period, we open new applications from prospective members to fill only the available slots.

The SCC (AFL) has a cap of 1250 members in 2026. The cap is necessary in order for the SCC (AFL) members in order for the every member to be able to have option to purchase from every released, including premium products that may only have 1400 boxes made.

The 2025 renewal period closed in December, meaning 240 spots are available for new applicants. The waiting list opens January 7th. See the information above this FAQ.

The SCC (NRL), available for the first time in 2026, will have a cap of 1000 members. The waiting list and application process** is open Until the cap is hit, or until January 22nd, which ever comes first.

**Membership is by application with the goal that only genuine collectors are able to enter the program. Once you join the waiting list, you will receive email within a few days of your next steps, or automatic approval meaning you will be able to complete the membership.

Each membership is valid for the official series releases during the calendar year (Jan 1st to Dec 31st), subject to terms and conditions.

Yes, starting in 2026 there is now the SCC (AFL) and the SCC (NRL). Each of the two clubs gives access to the respective** codes only. The "SCC (AFL) 2026" is the equivalent of the SCC 2025 membership.

** For example. an SCC (AFL) member will not get allocated NRL or any other licensed product from Select.

Yes. If you are not currently a member of the SCC (AFL), you must follow the full application process in the SCC (NRL) page if you would like to have the benefits of the SCC for the NRL.
